Relaxing high above Reykjavík
Tomasz Chrapek took this photo while paragliding above Hafrafell mountain in the outskirts of Reykjavík. If you like the picture, you’ll like even more his video of flying around Reykjavík’s main ski area last winter.
I really want to get into paragliding one day. Here’s a video from Tomasz Chrapek paragliding up in the Bláfjöll (E. Blue Mountains) ski area just outside Reykjavík. Nice views on a beautiful day. I was kind of expecting him to get wrapped around that radio tower in the beginning though.

Nice video of some paragliding at Melgerðismelar in Northern Iceland close to Akureyri. Reminds me of the exact same views I had skydiving above this same airfield earlier this year. I’ll put together a short video collection of that sometime soon and post here.
Some of my people sometimes like to go up in the air above me in little flying things, and take moving pictures of me. This moving picture was taken over the northern part of me, in a place called Melgerðismelar. (I know that “Melgerðismelar” may sound like a strange name to you, but my people like it.)
